			<description>Well I haven't had a daily routine for years, but I'm starting one again. I want to increase my work rate and endurance in my fights. I used to do traditional strength training. Split body parts, 3x10 sets of heavy weight. I'm changing things up now.



This morning I did a weighted circuit routine that I plan to do every other morning for the next 6 - 8 weeks





30 minutes non stop with 80lbs + bar



10 Bent over rows

10 stiff leg dead lift

10 squats

10 over head presses

			<description><![CDATA[Its here, the rematch,  I honeslty think that the first time around St Pierre simply got caught.  Not a fluke per se, but the night just didnt go his way.  St. Pierre has the skills to completely demolish Serra, and I think tomorrow night will be his night!
