Looking at an MMA school

I am looking at an MMA school and I have managed to find the instructors qualifications but I do not know what some of this means

I know what the first 3 are
6th Degree Black Belt Kempo Karate
3rd Degree Black Belt American Kempo
Representative Carlos Machado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association

But can anyone tell me what these are?

Licensed CM Assistant Trainer Accredited by the PCWA
Level 3 Instructor Shootfighting
CQT (Close Quarter Tactics) Trainer

I cannot find out what a CM accredited by the PCWA is and I know what shoot fighting is but I was unaware there was any rank or organization and as for CQT I think I have a good idea of what that is but any help is appreciated.
